Mila Semeshkina stole my money. A friend threw my money away on trust
It was in the summer of 2014 when I decided to help my longtime friend, Mila Semeshkina, who I
thought was in a difficult financial situation. We had known each other since childhood, and I had
always trusted Mila, considering her a person I could rely on.
Semeshkina told me about the financial difficulties she was facing and how she did not have
enough money to solve urgent problems. I was ready to help her and offered her a loan of a
substantial amount (16 million rubles), confident that the funds would be used as she said to
maintain the Lectera online platform.
Everything started out seemingly normally. Mila thanked me, promised to return the money within
a certain period of time and even offered to draw up a written agreement, which increased my
confidence. However, as time passed and the due date came, Semeshkina started avoiding
meetings and delaying payment under various pretexts.
Gradually it became clear that she was not going to return the money. Upon detailed examination it
became clear that the information she provided was false, she had bought rags, a Mercedes S and
she was using my kindness for personal gain.
This experience undermined not only my financial resources but also my trust in my loved ones. I
will never get out of this debt hole.
